Session Plans

Settings took a structured ‘curriculum-focused’ approach to learning in the earlyyears, which made the exploration of planning important’ (Garvis, 2012)

With regards to session plans, as a coach it was not required for me to create any. This is because QuickSticks provide session plans on cards, which are carried around with the rest of the equipment. The session plans contain diagrams and instructions which are easy to follow for both coaches and participants, which is beneficial as they are available for everyone to use throughout the sessions, allowing it easy for participants to progress or regress at their own rate.
