Before beggining our coaching, we felt it neccessary to arrange a needs analysis. This way we could filter back any information we gathered to the managing director of Hurricane Sports and collaboritively decide on what session plans to use and when throughout the alotted placement time.
| Positives
- We were provided with good facilities by the school (halls, pitches)
- The staff and students appeared to be enthusiastic
- QuickSticks provide safe and working equipment to use

Negatives
- Little to none experience of QuickSticks from both pupils and staff

Opportunities
- The facilities provide us with the opportunity to coach QuickSticks with no restrictions with regards to facilities. The space we were given allowed us to concentrate on the session, rather than on the safety of the space or the size constraint.

Threats
- Due to the lack of knowledge from the staff, and a previous lack of effort in PE, it may come as a shock to the participants to have highly trained coaches, which could prevent the participants from joining in due to shyness.
- Another potential threat is the fact that there is not enough interest from staff to continue QuickSticks after we have finished coaching.
